Sandwich Shop Dispute Becomes Assault and Robbery, Anne Arundel Police Say

(Gambrills, MD) WNAV — A dispute over a Subway order lead to an assault and robbery after 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27 according to Anne Arundel County Police Department spokesperson Marc Limansky.


Limansky said the verbal altercation between a customer and an employee lead to the customer pushing the employee and stealing her wallet. Two suspects then fled the scene, and police have not yet been able to locate them. This investigation is ongoing and Western District detectives ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155.
