Property Values in Maryland are Higher

(WNAV) –

Property values in Maryland are up 12%. That’s according to a reassessment of over 700,000 properties by the Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation. The overall statewide increase was just over 8% in 2020. SDAT Director Michael Higgs said this is a good indicator that the market remains strong and growth is steady in Maryland.
