Annapolis, MD (WNAV)– A Navy nuclear engineer and his wife from Annapolis were arrested by Federal agents after they showed up at a document drop site in West Virginia. The two thought they were selling restricted information to a foreign government. If youve heard of 42-year- old Jonathan and his wife, 45 year old Diana Toebbe, and you live in Annapolis, youre not surprised to find out that the US Dept of Justice says they live in Annapolis too. Jonathan Toebbe is an employee of the Department of the Navy who served as a nuclear engineer and was assigned to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, also known as Naval Reactors. The information that the Toebe’s delivered too federal agents was reportedly hidden in a peanut butter sandwich!
