Governor Hogan Proclaims January 13th as Korean American Day in Maryland

(Annapolis, MD)  —  Governor Larry Hogan is declaring January 13th as Korean American Day in Maryland.  He was joined by his wife, First Lady Yumi Hogan, today to commemorate the 119th anniversary of Korean immigration to the United States.  Maryland is home to more than 50-thousand Korean Americans.
