Annapolis, MD (WNAV)– A follow-up on a story about the Parkside Preserve development that is near Anne Arundel counties Quiet Waters Park. The City of Annapolis says that its inspectors visited the site yesterday, with a Maryland Department of the Environment compliance specialist, and says that the property is in compliance with all state and City Erosion and Sediment Control requirements. Minor deficiencies were noticed by the MDE specialist and she made suggestions that were implemented before she left the site regarding turbid discharge and the storage materials on the site. The city says that the developer completed needed changes before today’s deadline.
