Mask Mandate To Stay In Place in Anne Arundel County

Friday 1/7/22 6:55PM

(Annapolis, MD)  —  Anne Arundel County’s mask mandate is staying in place.  The County Council voted against a bill that would have extended the seven-day mandate enacted by County Executive Steuart Pittman that ended today.  However, the county’s health officer later issued a public safety order that extends the mandate until the end of the month.  Under the order, face coverings are required for anyone older than two in county indoor public spaces and outdoor spaces where physical distancing isn’t possible.

I wish you all would take those mask and stick them where the sun don’t shine!
Wearing them we are only breathing our own germs back in!
That is my opinion and you can’t just tell people to do something because you think it’s the right
    Thing!
It’s not a Law, it has not been voted on by the people, so stop trying to make people do what you think is best!
If people choose to wear them so be it!
If they choose NOT TO WEAR THEM, SO BE IT!
